Our mission is to think boldly in terms of organ and disease-specific science. We are exploring how common threads (molecular mechanisms) and threats (genetic or environmental) result in non-communicable chronic disease (like diabetes, cardiovascular disease, arthritis, arrhythmia, anemia, COPD, frailty, exercise intolerance, hypertension and various cancers). We are seeking to identify the common threads and threats that cross-over in diseases and the organs affected in a scientific, holistic and collaborative approach. Thus, we will determine how best to implement new therapeutic and diagnostic strategies and identify the key public and private stakeholders to improve care.
